This is the practice of cultivating Qi (your vital energy) through precise breath, slow movement, and focused intention. It is one of the most thoroughly researched mind-body modalities in existence — with measurable effects on cortisol, sleep, chronic tension, anxiety, immune function, and the felt sense of being back in your own body.

This is not gentle stretching.

 

This is systematic nervous system training — drawn from thousands of years of Daoist tradition and the full depth of Johnson's clinical and spiritual lineage.

For students who want to go further — Mystical Perception Training: a structured curriculum drawn from Daoist tradition and Western esoteric lineage, developing perception, energetic sight, and intuition as trainable skills. Offered separately, for those ready for it.

How we train together:

Practice is not an event. It's a rhythm — the kind your nervous system can actually learn from.

 

Morning Practices — 3 to 5 sessions per week. Short, focused, live. Qigong fundamentals, breathwork, and daily energy cultivation. Accessible to complete beginners.

 

Weekly Qigong Class — One evening per week. Drawn from the teachings and published works of Dr. Jerry Alan Johnson. Systematic instruction in Medical Qigong, Five-Element theory, energetic anatomy, and Qi cultivation.

 

Weekly Mystical Arts Class — One evening per week. Daoist mystical practice and Western esoteric lineage combined. Energy reading, inner sight, ritual, and expanded perception. For those ready to go deeper.

 

Weekend Specialty Workshops — Primarily online, with select in-person events. Topics include: energetic hygiene, the healing power of sound, color and its effects on the body, purging and clearing techniques, and more.

 

Private Sessions — One-on-one work tailored to your specific needs. Available remotely and in person when Theresa is in your city.
